Rochester, MI – Members of the greater Rochester community can now get beach ready during the spring session of Tight Tone at the Rochester Community House.
Beginning April 14 and continuing until June 23, RCH will offer this dynamic class that reshapes and energizes the body for a fee of $149. Participants can chose either a morning or evening session, offered every Wednesday at 9:15-10:15 a.m. and 6:25-7:25 p.m.
Joanne Wright, a certified Tight-Tone instructor and personal trainer, along with her assistant, Patti McGowan who has 11 years of Tight Tone experience, instruct this non-impact fitness program that strengthens one’s inner core and increases flexibility while working at one’s own pace and level of fitness. The small class sizes offered at the RCH insure individual attention.
The workout received through the Tight Tone system is recommended by experts, as it involves shorter, more intense workouts that produce visible results faster and increase bone density as participates continue the regime.
